Our Story
Ember & Oak was born from a simple conviction: that the most extraordinary dining experiences arise at the intersection of exceptional ingredients and unhurried care. Chef Margaux Laurent trained under three Michelin-starred kitchens before returning to her roots in the Pacific Northwest.
Every dish tells a story of the land it came from — the farms, the forests, the tidal pools — elevated by wood-fire technique and the kind of patience that cannot be rushed.
